Refund policy


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days after receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • in original packaging

  • with all labels attached

Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.


Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased with a promotion or discount can be returned within 14 days after delivery.

  • A full refund will be issued if the items are returned in perfect condition.

  • Items purchased with 50% discount or more are eligible for store credit only.


Return Options

We offer the following return options:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit + bonus

Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method.


Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return causes the order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


How to Return an Item

  1. Complete the return form, which can be downloaded here.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Returns without the return form may not be accepted.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Returns are usually processed the same day.

  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 10 days, depending on your bank.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized items

  • Pacifiers

  • Skincare products


Furniture Orders (Special Policy)

Furniture from Charlie Crane, Bermbach Handcrafted, and Moonboon is shipped directly from the manufacturer under drop-shipping terms.


Processing Time

Furniture orders require 1–2 weeks processing time before shipment.

Furniture Cancellations

Furniture orders can be cancelled within 48 hours after placing the order.

After 48 hours, the order cannot be cancelled because it has already been processed with the manufacturer.


Furniture Returns

Returns are not accepted for furniture items shipped under drop-shipping conditions.

However, product defects will be handled appropriately unless the issue was caused during shipping.
