We ship all orders with GLS, DHL, or PostNL, depending on your region. Every shipment includes tracking so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12:00 (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• We aim for next-day delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium once your order has been shipped.

If your order contains an item with a longer delivery time or pre-order, your order will be shipped once all items are available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to shipping carriers or customs processing.

Shipping Costs - Regular Orders

*Furniture is excluded from the free shipping offer.

If a package is returned to the sender, the additional shipping costs for reshipping the order are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

• DHL Express shipping to the United States & Australia from €25.
• Free DHL Express shipping on orders over €150 (furniture excluded).
• All international shipments are fully insured.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by the customs authority in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

For shipments outside the EU:

• Missing or damaged packages are handled through the shipping insurance claim process.
• Refunds or replacements can only be issued after the shipping carrier has completed the claim investigation.

Furniture Delivery & Processing

Furniture from Charlie Crane and Moonboon is sold under drop-ship terms and shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Processing Time

Furniture orders have an expected processing time of 1–2 weeks before shipment. While most orders are dispatched within this timeframe, processing may occasionally take up to 2–4 weeks due to production schedules, supplier availability, or periods of high demand.

We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if any significant delays occur.

Furniture Returns & Cancellation

Important information:

• Furniture orders can be cancelled within 48 hours after placing the order.

• After 48 hours cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns are not accepted for drop-shipped furniture items.

However, we will assist with product defects or issues, unless the damage occurred during transport with the shipping carrier.

For shipments outside the EU:

• Missing or damaged packages are handled through the shipping insurance claim process.

• Refunds or replacements can only be issued once the insurance investigation has been completed and approved.
