Shipping & Delivery

Tracked shipping on all orders.
Secure payment & insured delivery.

We ship all orders with GLS, DHL, or PostNL, depending on your region. Every shipment includes tracking so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • We aim for next-day delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium once your order has been shipped.

If your order contains an item with a longer delivery time or pre-order, your order will be shipped once all items are available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to shipping carriers or customs processing.

International Shipping (Outside EU)

  • DHL Express shipping to the US & Australia: €25 for regular items.

  • All international packages are fully insured.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply.

  • These costs are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to sender, we can resend it. The additional shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Furniture Delivery & Processing

Furniture from Charlie Crane and Moonboon is sold under drop-ship terms and shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Processing Time

Furniture orders require 1–2 weeks processing time before shipment.

Furniture Returns & Cancellation

Important information:

  • Furniture orders can be cancelled within 48 hours after placing the order.

  • After 48 hours cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns are not accepted for drop-shipped furniture items.

However, we will assist with product defects or issues, unless the damage occurred during transport with the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged International Packages

For shipments outside the EU:

  • Missing or damaged packages are handled through the shipping insurance claim process.

  • Refunds or replacements can only be issued once the insurance investigation has been completed and approved.
